How to ask

E-mail greendatamind@gmail.com with the e-mail address you paid with (or the order number from your receipt). You can also reply to the receipt e-mail, or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Who refunds you

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
