FAQ
Why is my plan shifted or stretched in Google Earth?
Google Earth needs longitude/latitude. If the drawing's coordinate system is wrong or missing, the plan lands in the wrong place. Here you set it and see the result on a map before downloading.
KML or KMZ?
KMZ is a zipped KML: same content, smaller file. Google Earth, QGIS and ArcGIS open both.
Are layers kept?
Yes, each CAD layer is a folder you can switch on and off in Google Earth.
What happens to my files?
Your files are deleted after 24 hours and never used for AI training. They are only used to make your conversion.
Can I get a refund?
No: the free map preview is there so you can check the result before you pay. If a file doesn't open, e-mail us and we'll fix the conversion.
Paid downloads?
Paid downloads open in a few days. Until then files under 1 MB download for free, and Max AI is free to try.
